The difference between those permitted their humanity and those relegated to transhuman slavery will be decided on the basis of assets and wealth.

These slaves would be transhumans managed through artificial intelligence, vaccines, sensors interfaced through the internet of things and without free will.  They would be sterilized if not already sterile, would live to serve and would die without their souls.
