Roger Taney, rapist, enslaver and former chief justice of the 1857 Supreme Court of the United States, confirmed that Blacks would not (present) and could not (future) be citizens. In the words of slaveholder Taney, “A Black man has no rights that a white man is bound to respect” and this ruling is based in the lexicon of the Constitution.
The subsequent post civil war amendments to the current Constitution and Taney’s ruling in the Dred Scott case were never nullified. This is why slavery continues to exist in this country. It is why Black oppression continues itself “legally” in the form of American Apartheid (Jim Crow), redlining, stop and frisk, mass incarceration, racial covenants, and police brutality to name a few.
The white needle is being threaded through the United States, Russia, Ukraine, the Middle East, China, Japan, Europe and any other place where supporters identify as white including Africa. Once that needle is pulled through and the cinch tightens like a noose. The bag created will contain is victims unable to escape — “model minorities” and people of color who sold their souls to be white.
Now they remain trapped on the bottom wheel running to keep the machine activated.
Black is liberated and holding the bag. The white needle on the heel of the Black, underfoot and broken because it was never built to last.
