Amongst the transnational capital class and its superhubs of power, all terminology pertains to power and is framed in the law. I will utilize the 4th edition of Blacks Law Dictionary to define the necessary terms:
Integration is defined as “[t]he act or process of making whole or entire” and “[t]he writing or writings adopted by the parties to an agreement as the final and complete expression of the agreement.”
Reparation is defined as “[t]he redress of an injury; amends for a wrong inflicted. Jablonowski v.
Modern Cap Mfg. Co., 312 Mo. 173, 279 S.W. 89, 95.”
On their face, these two legal terms have in common “completion” or the making whole through redress. Integration and reparation are correctly bundled.
However, what the United States of America, its public Constitution and private partners utilize is terminology subterfuge or linguistic deception to achieve their ends of economic and legal dominance. In the minds of the American populace, integration has come to symbolize equal access to services by all races. Meanwhile, the US Constitution openly scoffed upon this “unnatural” equity defining slaves as 3/5 of a human. There is no equality in the US; there never has been and never will be.
In the true legal spirit of these terms, integration involves making whole the agreement to pay for the labor stolen over centuries and the intentional barricades placed upon the generational wealth of those who descended from slavery. The US acknowledges slavery and wrote treaties with Mexico and the Mongolian Dawes Indians for land stolen, but has re-nigged on paying its invoice for stolen labor. This fraud upon the debt owed to the descendants of slaves is rejected.
The check reaches $100 trillion and beyond. The settlement must be paid in cash to amend the ongoing injury of forced, generational chattel slavery, American apartheid a.k.a. Jim Crowe, redlining, economic profiling, mass incarceration, violent policing, judicial corruption to name a few.
Integration is reparation. The melanin dominant, descendants of American slaves will utilize the internationally accepted legal definition of integration and or reparation. That definition is the same three words:
