The US of nAc: Natural Asset Companies Will Cut the Check

Close your eyes and reimagine this great empire of America parceled out, cut up, and caked into small fiefdoms known as Natural Asset Companies or NAC’s.  Niagra and Hoover become water NACs.  The Mojave, a desert NAC with lots of silicon.  The Mississippi Delta, a swamp investment.  The possibilities are delicious.  Midlevel managers or the Transnational Capitalist Class would be busily moving and grooving within their “superhubs” dutifully keeping global markets open and flowing for their families.

Now open your eyes, because in the Fall of 2021, just eighteen months ago, NAC’s entered the New York Stock Exchange.  What are NAC’s?  According to Kiplinger’s Ellen Kennedy, “Natural asset companies assign value to the services provided by nature (such as storing carbon in a forest), rather than to the extraction of natural resources (such as logging).  NACs [will] hold the rights to “ecosystem services,” or the benefits people receive from nature, such as food, pollination, tourism, or clean water; such global benefits are valued at an estimated $125 trillion annually.”  If this vision were not so breathtakingly avaricious, try to digest the level of arrogance it takes to possess such a position.  Alas, this is the global vision of the elites and why open borders and aliens crossing into countries globally has become meaningless.

Try to wrap your mind around $125 trillion dollars annually and then ask yourself why you even bother to be paid a salary in fiat currency.  What does your life and your access to assets look like in the context of this level of wealth?  You’ll own nothing and be happy?  With less than $100 dollars to his name, where will Steve Forbes locate his NAC?  This power play of wealth makes the injectable genetic editing tool and Central Bank Digital Currency make sense.

Now close your eyes again and see how treaties, accords and constitutions would no longer be needed.  The only rules that could or would apply to the families and their conglomerates holding NAC’s would be laws that govern global open markets or the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).  What is the UCC?

“[Uniform Commercial Code] is a set of rules that appl[y] to commercial transactions, sales and financial contracts. The National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws and the American Law Institute created the UCC because differing state laws ma[k]e it difficult to conduct business across state lines. With uniform commercial codes in place, companies can operate under a standardized method, making it easier and more cost-effective to be a part of the marketplace,” according to Indeed.

Now open your eyes and keep them open.  The beneficiary families behind the scenes receiving profits from those territorial NAC’s would be accountable for paying reparations for the slave labor provided to the US government, banks, universities, rail lines and private companies that have merged, acquired and are preparing to segue into NAC’s.  The money is due no matter what form the US takes or how many disguises and names the culpable attempt to assume.

The descendants of the slaves who built this country through generational labor without the legal benefit, right or access to generational wealth are due hundreds of trillions in reparations and now we know where to find it.  The elite families have shown their $125 trillion dollar hand and its time for them to pay.

Cut the check.
