However, this billed died in session that same day because the legislation was not passed by 2/22/2002 so Congress cleared it from the books. In the true spirit of persistence, Kucinich re-introduced this bill as H.R. 3657 two years later in the 108th Congress on 12/8/2003, but having died in the previous session, the bill did not receive a vote.

Here we are, exactly twenty-one years later in the 21st century on the anniversary of the day Mr. Kucinich first brought forth this prophetic bill. Russia and the United States are openly posturing nuclear solutions for the nuclear family. SPAWAR, renamed NAVWAR by the Navy, still utilizes satellites, missiles, ionization of the atmosphere and weather warfare to weaponize space and not for the benefit of humankind.

Twenty-three years later, Jimmy Carter signed 50 USC 1801 into law turning citizens into enemies under the cape of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, the US Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Just ask Carter Page.

According to Merriam Webster, a citizen is: “a native or naturalized person who owes allegiance to a government and is entitled to protection from it, a member of a state, an inhabitant of a city or town entitled to the rights and privileges of a freeman and a civilian as distinguished from a specialized servant of the state. This according to the law of the land.”

Maritime law and Black’s Law Dictionary 4th Edition specifically define a citizen as “a member of a free city or jural society, (civitas,) possessing all the rights and privileges which can be enjoyed by any person under its constitution and government, and subject to the corresponding duties. ‘Citizens’ are members of community inspired to common goal, who, in associated relations, submit themselves to rules of conduct for the promotion of general welfare and conservation of individual as well as collective rights.”

But what of space? What collective rights protect citizens of the land and sea from the technologies being used to conduct war against humanity from space?

Here we are in 2022 and it’s as if the law stood still, but not time. Happy Anniversary. Still there is hope if you are willing to reject tyranny on the land, sea and confront the abuse of the final frontier as Dennis Kucinich did twenty years ago today.

The comments by Brian Nichols, assistant secretary of state for Western Hemisphere affairs, are especially striking given they come at a time the CIA and the State Department have begun making arrangements to compensate — with payments of up to $189,000 — current and former U.S. officials suffering from unexplained brain injuries under a law, the HAVANA Act, passed by Congress last year and signed by President Biden….

“A top State Department official, countering claims that have circulated widely among members of Congress and the news media, says in a new interview there is no evidence that any external actors caused the “Havana syndrome” health incidents reported in recent years by over 1,100 U.S. diplomats and spies.

The remarks by Nichols — who oversees Cuba policy at the State Department — echo, but in some respects go beyond, recent comments by CIA Director William Burns that the agency has not found any foreign actors, including Russia, to be responsible for a “sustained global campaign on the scale of what has been reported” to harm U.S. officials and that “a majority” of Havana syndrome cases could be attributed to alternative environmental and medical factors.”

I’ve included the above-article to specifically address why the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the State department would be compensating certain citizens for medical damages while simultaneously denying “external actors” as the cause of the Havana Syndrome brain injuries.

The answer to the contradiction lies within United States Code (USC); specifically 50 USC 1801–the Definition. War and National Defense. Electronic Surveillance. This law goes all the way back to 1978 when President Jimmy Carter signed House of Representatives (H.R.) bill 7308 into law.

Whereas American Embassy employees are members of our government and eligible for restitution for medical damages, Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC)- designated “agents of a foreign power” are enemies and eligible for nothing except more torture.

William Burns, the CIA Director and Brian Nichols, a State Department official overseeing Cuban policy both agree that no foreign or external actors caused health issues which included dizziness, vertigo, nausea, cerebral bleeding, headaches, mind fog and other mental health challenges also known as Havana Syndrome. These brain injuries resulted from the US military’s use of directed energy weaponry and represent Burns’ alternative “multi-emitter” environmental and medical factors.

After Rudy Eugene consumed portions of Ronald Poppo’s face in 2012, the former was located and shot four times in the back by the Miami police. Eugene was naked and disoriented because the directed energy weapon targeted upon him caused his body and mind to heat up. Interestingly, Putin commented a few days after the incident that his country possessed “this” same technology. What technology was Putin referencing?

There is no contradiction in paying damages to embassy staff while denying foreign actors because the damage was caused by US military’s technology. Whether owned by foreign actors, MASINT or RINT and DEWINT, the microwave pulse devices belong to the United States government. Everyday citizens targeted by the same directed weaponry on American soil unlike diplomats are considered enemies and receive no assistance as long as they are so defined under 50 USC 1801.

Those inoculated individuals who took the jab are experiencing the “medical factors” as a mechanism of surveillance. The 5G-6G, ionosphere-manipulating technology designed to create an “alternative environment” will attempt to work hand-in-glove with those medical factors to lockdown populations, manipulate human thoughts, and modulate behavior as a means to control humanity.

The confession from the military and state department officials obviates that directed energy weapons are being used upon citizens, spies and diplomats. They don’t care about who you think you are. You don’t matter to those 70% family-member-owners of the military industrial complex who see you as fodder. Some may receive a paltry $189K payout for now while others may get the 50 USC 1801 treatment. In the end, the military capitalists want to come clean and wash their hands of you.

The botched Havana Syndrome narrative is an opportunity for Burns, Nichols, and the US government to admit that you are being surveilled and tortured, not by external factors, but by the true Agent of a Foreign Power: the governed mint that was the United States of America.

George Washington became General Washington and then President Washington because he had the biggest pot: the most to lose and gain. As landowners, Washington, Jefferson, Adams, Madison, and Monroe had reason to organize men to fight the revolutionary war from 1775-1783. These scheming elitists slyly drafted a Constitution in which that “peculiar institution” referred directly to slavery. The ownership of humans was not only permitted, but welcomed as a set-aside for propertied men. The more land you owned, the more free, perpetual chattel labor allowed and the wealthier you became if you were a melanin-recessive man. For example, George Washington possessed 317 slaves, 193 of them through his wife Martha and he owned 52,200 acres of land so of course he’s going to general because he had skin in.

Let me be clear. The Constitution of the wealthy landowners was written by the people (wealthy landowners) for the people (wealthy landowners). Non-propertied white men, Blacks, slaves, and women were not the recipients of the Constitution’s affirmative action plan for the landed rich. The pursuit of happiness originally written as “the pursuit of [land/chattel] property” and in the final draft changed because it was less direct and therefore less vulgar. Slavery was worse than vulgar. It was immoral, cruel and highly profitable.

The Constitution was written for the wealthy one percent who owned land because any melanin recessive could come to America, but only men could own property and sign contracts. Women could inherit from a family member, but this became as a dowry once married. White women were however allowed to purchase chattel property and acquire slaves. They Were Her Property goes into detail on slave-owning Caucasian women like Marthas’ Washington and Jefferson whose wealth, property including slaves and inheritance were retained by each husband, George and Thomas, upon death.

It’s important to understand that the American revolution was orchestrated by Washington, Adams, Jefferson, Madison and Monroe because these robust landowners did not was to pay a tax on the tobacco or tea that their slaves labored to harvest. Today, we call these entities corporations and their shareholders still not want to pay taxes. As Warren Buffet, the billionaire, pointed out in 2003, he paid less taxes than his secretary. Ten years later, he again bragged that he still pays less. If he didn’t, his accounting firm would not be rehired. In other words, the laws and the Constitution were designed to protect the wealthy from taxes and accountability.

Telling you that America provides an opportunity for everyone to succeed appears true until you dig down into the Constitution, Bill of Rights and anti-trust law. It’s then that you understand that this country was created for open markets and to drive profit at any cost no matter how immoral or despicable. As we know, slaves and women could not own landed property.

Two hundred and forty-six years later and the one percent don’t just own seventy percent of the property as they did when the Constitution was written. Now the rich have title to over ninety percent of the assets, land and wealth having replaced labor with mechanization. These corporations pay little to no taxes to the American government. Equally, the government refuses (Congress/Senate/President) to pass legislation (H.R.40) to even study let alone pay restitution for stolen labor. The United States government legalized slavery and torture and the descendants of slaves continue to await their reparations check which is due and payable.

America and supposedly the world mourn the death of Elizabeth of Windsor. After all, Canada, Australia and New Zealand have a currency, language and culture tied to Britain. By why would the United States even call Elizabeth by that title given America’s supposed disdain of the imperialism that defined England they left in the 18th century? Have we forgotten the reason this country is called a republic and not a commonwealth? Was the war not fought for independence so that no imperial power could be imposed? Whose queen was she then?

Those “founding fathers” or in the words of attorney Alton Maddox, fleeing felons never cut ties to the UK and were always loyal to the crown. They just didn’t want to pay taxes. Fast forward, here we are today and America’s gilded, capitalist class still view Elizabeth as their queen, want no part of paying taxes to the US government and certainly don’t want to pay restitution to the descendants of slaves.

These modern day noblesse oblige have no loyalty to democracy, only to the currency; whatever flows. They tease you with the illusion of the Preamble, but know that the Constitution defines their right to maintain wealth above all else. The Bill of Rights affirms specific protections so long as they do not interfere with the open markets of the one percent.

It’s a shell game; a loyal tease. You can watch, but you don’t get to play. You just pay.

Both x and z represent the efforts of the same melanin-recessive playbook attempting the erasure of African American history in this country. We know this because neither the left nor the right, Democrats nor Republicans, will seriously take up the cause of reparations or even discuss it.

House of Representatives (H.R) bill 40 has been re-introduced and rejected in Congress since 1989 when it was originated by the late John Connyers. This bill to study reparations has never passed the house, the Senate or been passed to the President to sign in over 33 years even after being re-authored by Representative Sheila Jackson Lee in 2018. This poorly-written bill was vague to begin with, but Lee’s re-written version continues to die in committee. Why? H.R 40 was a red-herring, a feather never meant to be taken seriously, but simply a tepid gesture of no effect until the problem; Black people’s entitlement to repair just disappears or is absorbed, like a merger, into its acquiring company; whiteness.

This brings me to the variable, y. Black people, African American Descendants whose ancestors’ bones are buried in this land are the y. The why. The reason for the repair, the invoice, the receipt, the proof of what is owed by the United States government and what must be paid. This government has stated that it is one nation under God, but it only earns scorn because of the dishonesty in failing to recognize and pay the debt owed to African American Descendants.

It would be easy to make a list of the many x- and z-variable actions occurring in the world today. These efforts tend to increase during election years which 2022 happens to be, but make no mistake, these are team efforts and the lines blur to purple.

Let’s keep our eyes solidly focused on the prize: reparations for Black Americans. The United States government pulled a one trillion dollar rabbit out of its hat instantly in the form of the CARES Act and the $2000 it provided to Americans at the start of the shutdown. The bill was authored by no less than that bleeding-heart liberal Mitch McConnell of Kentucky making it clear that x and z are one the same violet page.

Further, Poland’s president has demanded 1.3 trillion dollars in reparations from Germany for a war that ended seventy-five years ago. American Apartheid or Jim Crow, the Black Codes, redlining and targeted mass incarceration occur to this day in the United States of America with little to no mention by politicians on either side. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 addresses discrimination in the area of commerce for all people, but the oppressions experienced by American Blacks are systemic and built into the Constitution by design to hoard wealth, property and humans codified (three fifths) as chattel.

This two-party amnesia Democrats and Republicans agree upon is their solution to the slavery debt problem: erasure. Erase Black history, white documentation and Black oppression in the country so that no accountability is due and payable. Poland isn’t buying that line and neither do African American Descendants in this land. We know how easily the government will hand out the money whether it has it or not. When paying a portion of students debt or purchasing a cache of Reaper drones, the government prints the money. When Connyers introduced a bill to simply study reparations, it took over three decades, his death like the ghosting of H.R. 40 and still in 2022, the bill could not be passed in a Democratic Congress. When the United States government and its shareholders attempt to erase Black people from history be it integration or merger-take-overs, you end up with a “Blackish” caste.

Fortunately, pertinent books like Dr. Darity’s and Dr. Mullin’s From Here to Equality and Mr. Baptiste’s The Half Has Never Been Told bring the receipts for the debt owed to the descendants of American slaves.

The tone in the press those first, post-crash hours rang scurrilous sounding all “Anne Heche crashed into a home. The house is in flames.  There’s little dogs inside and a woman.  Save them first, then get that outlaw.”

Now that she’s dying, giving away her organs, dead, the mainstream media is “on Anne’s side and has been the entire time.  Such a sweet person; so sad.”  Her photographs went from aged and tired, to youthful and happy overnight.  You see how they backpedaled on the story?  Mainstream, a.k.a. the mogul-family-controlled news franchises, surfing the profit angle to ride the shock-and-awe wave into excessive-wealth city.  The problem is that the media will never discuss the voice-to-skull (V2K), “Havana-” in America Syndrome she was experiencing or that she was targeted.

Will Smith was the hero of the night until the academy contractually had to lose one for the Gipper as it were.  He was lauded and awarded until he and his wife were ostracized and vilified.  These spin doctors are always trying six ways from Saturnalia to figure out how to land themselves on the right side of that contract:  the live theater psyop and its balance sheet.

A small segment of society sees the fakery, the dishonesty, the disloyalty and the dishonor that comes from having multi-billionaire bosses and a bottom line.  The name has been given:  Mainstream media (m2):  the new scarlet exponential of literary shame.

Fortunately, there are several outlets that do offer solid, unbiased, factual reporting because telling the truth builds trust.

The politicians, reporters, and media personalities have lost the public trust, but the truth tellers have become the powerful, true influencers.

I’m listening.

A river seems to amble forever and a candle appears to burn until the wick is gone, but really these natural and crafted symbols can be stopped at any time.  The river’s flow could be diverted or blocked completely by a boulder.  The candle’s room could be sealed, void of fresh air or exposed to the outdoors and a strong, gusting wind.  Nothing in life is certain.

The river meanders as long as it can and people, experiencing the value of the it, find a way to keep this water flowing and productive or dammed, but useful.  The candle and its cherished light are kept protected from wind yet exposed to just enough air so as to breathe.

You know what you value in your life:  your family, your charities, your pets, your time protecting nature, your career, your credit worthiness, your reputation. Yet when you receive your paycheck or when that deposit arrives, you act like the only people that matter are your creditors:  the mortgage or rent, the utilities, the tuition, the bills.  However, like the useful river and beneficial candle, you can start by valuing what matters and putting those causes first.

Label seven jars with the responsibilities that matter to you most and every time you get paid, put one seventh of that payment into each jar or specific savings account.  Let’s say you earn $3500 a month after taxes.  That would mean you take $500 and put that amount in each of your seven accounts or jars.  Let’s say that your seven areas are: rent, house utilities (phone, electricity, gas, water), other bills (student loans, car payment, insurance), investments, savings, fun money and charity.  You would know that you have $500 to pay toward rent (ideally, rent should be no more than 28% of you income).  You could would have that same amount to cover house utilities and other bills.  You would have an account to try out investment ideas that you have researched which could bring even more wealth.  You would have also created a savings account that actually grows money. You now can go out and know that you are spending the $500 set up so you can have a good time, guilt-free; intentionally.  Pedicures, TLC spa days, and restaurant nights are factored in to how much you value yourself.  Finally, you can give to the homeless or to your favorite non-profits without feeling like you are the charity case because you have $500 set aside for this important cause.

You are now effectively using your money and giving it value because you are honoring yourself and your projects.  This river of opportunity now flows, not eddies and therefore brings you more wealth. Like a candle with lots of oxygen, you burn brightly and become a beacon for others to see. You are becoming intentional with your life and that is what living is all about.

You never know when that 99th sheep will appear before you.  I never know.

In the parable of the lost sheep in Matthew 18:12-14, it is written:

According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), 71.8% of the US population five and older is fully covid-injected or 223,035,556 individuals.  49.7% of these have received at least one booster.

If you ran your corporation by the numbers and knew that 70% of the population would need to be injected to destroy their immunity so that 150% in profits on immunity-boosting drugs could be rolled out, would you buy, I mean lobby, a few politicians to make it so? At what price?

If you achieved a 65% injection rate from age 17 to 120, that would not be enough.  You would still need 6 month old babies up to 120 years at a 70% rate.  Could you do it?

On what level of Dante’s inferno would you reside after committing yourself to the quantifiable solution?  You have been witnessed by Our Creator in deed 100% while blandished by your peers in the mere 4% white-light of esteem?  Was it worth it?  Do you tell yourself that’s all your pheomelanin permits.

If the technocratic eugenicists can only perceive the four percent light range and are monetarily motivated to destroy humanity accordingly, can’t we give them a pass?  No.

Who created these narcissists?  Are they to be destroyed or brought to heel?  Is this not the time to do so therefore?  Yes, these melanin recessive parasites must be held accountable in this life for attempting to quantify this bountiful world against humanity while hypocritically living a life of unchecked waste and luxury.

Those who experience the 100% and beyond are stepping up and moving forward as an army of light.  The battle will be fought and won once again for the glory of the Source of us all.

In the literal meaning of nein, no; I am not going to talk about the negative.

This is the story of Arabic nine, 9, the sitting man or woman smiling and with a very large head and curved spine; the nine.

In the true spirit of nine, yes; am am going to talk about reflection

Nine is a mirror. Whatever number it sits next to it reflects.  As sure as nearly every letter in “America’s” can be pulled out and reorganized to spell “racism” so nine, less intrinsically or physically, acts as a truth teller without uttering a number.  It sacrifices itself to become the adjacent digit.

For example, when the two numbers that compose 59, that is 50 (or 5) and 9, are added together, the sum is 14.  One added to four is five.  As a simple equation, n + 9 = n and n + 9 + r = n + r.  Nine becomes the mirror that reflects and then it disappears.

How different is our life from the number nine?  We live for a space of time on this planet reflecting our own unique spirit and then our amazing dreams, accomplishments, and efforts live on and our physical body disappears.  Who remembers the person who invented the chair, the curtain, the bed? Yet these creations, actualized dreams really, permeate our reality like so many light photons radiating into a solid form.  The creators have long since disappeared like the adjacent nine, but the creation lives on and is improved upon daily becoming yet another amazing invention.

God is the greatest Creator.

Watching Her inventions recreate themselves and disappear is a marvel.  I love the mind of God.  He is the greatest teacher of this self-less approach to understanding life we create, obviate and then from which we physically vacate, disintegrate, vanish.  Our spirits live on in our creations just like Our Creator lives on in us.

We are the nines.
